The FD-7802WG tactical ad hoc handheld Radio is a handheld communication device that uses wireless broadband ad hoc networking technology. It adopts a dual-mode dual-frequency working mode and supports both star and ad hoc networking modes. It can provide IP transparent transmission channels for upper-layer applications such as video, voice, and data.
All nodes of the FD-7802WG handheld radio automatically negotiate routes through the link layer. No manual configuration is required, and it is ready to use. It can quickly establish a communication network anytime and anywhere. The self-organizing network handheld radio adopts a detachable core communication module and a detachable battery design. It has the characteristics of rapid deployment, high compatibility, light and compact, low power consumption, and high bandwidth. In view of the uncertain time and location of emergency communications, it meets the portable needs of outdoor and individual soldiers and can be widely used in emergency communications, rapid deployment, field surveys, underground operations and other industries.
The FD-7802WG handheld radio provides wired Ethernet interfaces and data serial ports to facilitate other mobile terminals to access the network.
